Aspen Communications Pte Ltd (hereafter referred to as Aspen) was founded in Singapore in 1995 by a group of Communication Engineers.

From inception, Aspen Communication has been seeking excellence in providing our valued customers innovative service and equipment based on versatility, reliabilities and cost effectiveness. Our experience, expertise and commitment enable us to set up telecommunication infrastructure in the shortest time.

Aspen first realized the benefits of Airblown fiber (ABF) technology in 2005, believing that this technology will be adopted in the future to provide a cost effective, efficient and future-proof fiber network, Aspen signed up as Emtelle distributor and started introducing ABF technology into the Singapore market,

Aspen began to expand its foothold internationally, and in 2013, Aspencom Tech, Inc was set up in the Philippines.

Since 2013, Aspencom Tech has established ourselves as a main contractor for major Telecommunication companies, our track records span across multiple regions nationwide, laying more than 400km of Fiber cable in OSP/ODN projects and implementation of In-Building Fiber infrastructure in more than 1000 buildings in Luzon, Cebu, Davao and Panay.

We are also one of the first few pioneer contractors to adopt new Fiber Blowing technologies that have speed up the implementation of Optical Fiber network.
